Last year March I posted about a parking attendant who was singing a revised Michael Jackson song in afrikaans to some guys in a parking lot.

Now I received this in my email yesterday and it seems he was spotted again. If this is the same guy I don’t know, but they are very similar. The only problem is, it is another anonymous one and we STILL don’t know who this guy is!
This time he is signing a revised version of Shaggy’s Wasn’t Me.
